Zodiac of Weird: Taurus Sun-Moon signs

Here is a preview of a series I’m working on for subscribers to my patreon. It is a series of 144 articles on every Sun-Moon sign combination. Each article discusses the Sun and Moon sign combination in depth, the correlating Moon phase, and also includes at least one (sometimes up to three or four) chart example for each. Not only that, each chart example features a special weird event from history or famous weirdo!

This preview here just talks a bit about the chart examples for each pair. If you want to see the Aries Sun-Moon preview click here. If you want to read all the full articles you can access all of them (and much more!) for as little as $1 on my patreon. At the time of this preview article’s posting I’m already into the Cancer Sun-Moon sign articles.

“Salvador Dali was born on 11 May 1904 at 08:45 with the Sun at 20° Taurus and the Moon at 02° Aries. His luminaries being in each other’s place of exaltation correlates quite literally to his fame and talent. The Sun and Moon correlate with each eye and this man is known for his uniquely creative vision as well as a eye-scene in his short film Un Chien Andalou (1929, released during a 2nd house annual profection activating his Sun).” – Taurus Sun and Aries Moon

“I’ve been especially excited to come to this Sun-Moon pair because of one of the weird events that I found with the same combo. That is when the Hellier crew got their first email from the so-called “David Christie” on April 22nd 2012. This new moon by sign marked the beginning of the investigation that would lead them down a rather remarkable rabbit hole… Even more, the Taurus placements here are answering to a significantly out of bounds Venus in 8th house Gemini which to me looks a lot like the weird message (Gemini) leading them to explore themes of death, resurrection, and other people’s stories and resources (all 8th house themes)” – Taurus Sun and Taurus Moon

“One famous Taurus Sun-Gemini Moon individual is none other than psychoanalyst extraordinaire, Sigmund Freud. When Freud was born the Sun was at 16° Taurus in the 7th house (identifying with the other) and the Moon was at 14° Gemini in the 8th house (curiosity about people, the general public, and their baggage).” – Taurus Sun and Gemini Moon

“…This photo has since been revealed to be a hoax, but the chart still seems to reflect the aftermath of the photos release. The consistent nature of the Taurus Sun correlates with the relentless research that went into investigating the creature’s presence even well after the original photographer asserted that it was a hoax. The Cancer Moon conjunct penetrative and investigative Pluto in the 12th can be seen by the 24-hour surveillance and exhaustive sonar mapping of the watery depths.” Taurus Sun and Cancer Moon

“…An hour later the campers went back to their tents then were startled by an intensely loud crashing sound followed by footsteps, then silence, then a repugnant stench. They don’t call it the Florida Skunk Ape for nothing ha ha. During this time the Sun was in Taurus and the Moon was in Leo. This sort of “shifting gears” energy reminds me of how the witness spoke about this second encounter confirming beyond a shadow of a doubt that there is definitely “something down here”.” – Taurus Sun and Leo Moon

“…Jack Nicholson was born on April 22nd 1937 at 11:00. The Sun as at 02° Taurus conjunct Uranus (a weirdo planet) in the 10th house of fame, reputation, and career. His Moon lies at 29° Virgo co-present with Neptune (films and movies) in the 2nd house of values and resources. As a Leo rising this makes the Sun his ascendant ruler which further emphasizes the career, and literally the “shining”.” – Taurus Sun and Virgo Moon

“…Another significantly less tragic example of someone with the Sun in Taurus and the Moon in Libra is another famous musician, Billy Joel who was born with the Sun at 18° Taurus in the 11th house of good spirit and the Moon at 07° Libra in the 4th house of home and ancestry. Billy Joel’s music did see some controversy, particularly his song “Only the Good Die Young” which pissed off quite a bit of Catholics back in the day.” – Taurus Sun and Libra Moon

“On this night the Sun was at 09° Taurus and the Moon was at 09° Scorpio. An exact full Moon. The Moon was rising and applying to a conjunction with Jupiter while both were trine to Neptune (hypnosis) in Pisces. Both the Sun and Moon were square to the nodes of fate, also called “at the bendings”. Lillie considers this night to be the first time ever interacting with a deity and the night that marks the beginning of her magical practice.” – Taurus Sun and Scorpio Moon

“…Reznor’s Taurus Sun in the 5th house of creative expression exemplifies his constancy with music and his out of bounds 12th house Sagittarius Moon the restless nature to exceed limits and explore the world. The waning gibbous Moon phase also relates strongly with the desire to release an abundance of light out to the world.” – Taurus Sun and Sagittarius Moon

“…Seventeenth century astrologer William Lilly was born on May 1st 1602 with the Sun at 19°59′ Taurus and the Moon at 14°48′ Taurus. Lilly is perhaps most famous for his three-volume work titled “Christian Astrology” that goes into the use of an ephemeris; how to prepare a horoscope; information on the planets, signs, and houses; how to answer myriad astrological questions about the nativity; and more.”Seventeenth century astrologer William Lilly was born on May 1st 1602 with the Sun at 19°59′ Taurus and the Moon at 14°48′ Taurus. Lilly is perhaps most famous for his three-volume work titled “Christian Astrology” that goes into the use of an ephemeris; how to prepare a horoscope; information on the planets, signs, and houses; how to answer myriad astrological questions about the nativity; and more…” – Taurus Sun and Capricorn Moon

“…Orson Welles was born on May 6th 1915 with the Sun at 14°55′ Taurus and the Moon at 18°48′ Aquarius. His famous radio presentation of his 1898 novel “War of the Worlds” in 1938 managed to convince some listeners that an alien invasion was in fact occurring. The “breaking news” style of storytelling of this radio broadcast is very reminiscent of his natal “shifting gears” last quarter Moon sparking much activity and response…” Taurus Sun and Aquarius Moon

“…The chart I have for this luminary pair is the time Ingo Swann – artist, psychic, etc. – remote viewed Jupiter. Pisces is the domicile of Jupiter so this event is rather fitting! On this day in 1973 the Sun was at 07°39′ Taurus and the Moon was at 04°48′ Pisces. The Jupiter-ruled Moon was in an applying sextile to the planet of perception and Ingo was able to psychically view the planet Jupiter – even becoming the first person to perceive Jupiter’s rings…” Taurus Sun and Pisces Moon
